Beal and Gogan combine on shutout

Nate Beal pitched 7 scoreless innings (7 hits, 0 walks, 3 strike outs) to earn the victory while Michael Gogan pitched a scoreless 8^th inning to earn the save over Limestone.  Dave Watson lead off the top of the 8^th with a single and scored on a throwing error after stealing second and third.   Brock Hirn added 2 hits.

West used 10 hits and the pitching of Cole Dillon (2 innings, 3 hits, 1 run, 0 walks, 4 strikeouts), Brayden Nave (2 innings, 1 hit, 0 runs, 2 walks, 1 strikeout), Brock Hirn (1 inning, 0 hits, 0 runs, 1 walk, 3 strikeouts) and Matt Ogden (1 inning, 0 hits, 0 runs, 0 walks and 1 strikeout) to defeat Prairie Central 11-1.

Ottowa hands West first loss

Ottawa used 7 hits to score 7 runs to beat West 7-5.  Offensively, the Wildcats were lead by Brock Hirn and Nate Beal with 2 hits and an RBI each.  Sam Fisher added 2 hits.
