Wildcats shutout Railsplitters behind Reid Birlingmair’s nine strikeouts!
Normal West scored 7 runs on four hits to win the first game of the doubleheader Saturday. Reid Birlingmair went 4 2/3 innings allowing just 2 hits on strikeouts to get the win. Noah Johnson came in and closed out the final 7 outs allowing one hit and striking out 3.

Sophomores take second game of doubleheader!
David Krueger pitched the first three innings giving up 4 hits allowing 6 runs he had 2 strikeouts. Zach Inselmann got the win, allowing 3 hits, 2 runs striking out 5. Blake Parker led the Wildcats with 2 doubles, Ryan Frye added a double with his two hits and Tanner Rutledge had a 2 RBI triple. The Wildcats upped their season record to (5-1). The next game is Thursday, March 29 at home against Springfield Sacred Heart Griffin
