Normal West wins first game of the Big 12 Conference Tournament.
Reid Birlingmair pitched 3 innings allowing 1 hit and 1 run with 3 strikeouts. Tanner Rutledge pitched the final two innings allowing 3 hits, 3 runs and striking out 1. Blake Parker hit an inside the park home run in the 1st inning to get the Wildcat offense going. Ryan Frye had 2 hits and 2 RBI’s, Reid Birlingmair and Mitch Thomas each had 2 hits. Jared Graf had a double driving in 1 run. The Wildcats will play Monday at home against NCHS at 4:30.
