On a very cold and windy day, the Freshman Wildcats continued their hot streak against Peoria Notre Dame by the score of 10-0.  Photos by Clay Wheeler: http://picasaweb.google.com/clay.justine/040810NCWHSFreshmanPost?authkey=Gv1sRgCLTa0ZyA4J7MOQ&feat=email#

Adam McGinnis pitched 3 strong innings by striking out 6 of the 10 batters, he faced.  Caleb Smith came and finished the last two innings by keeping Peoria scoreless.

With the wind blowing in hard from left field, the Wildcats were held to only  one extra base hit and a double to the fence by Josh Appel.  However, a garrage of singles kept the scoreboard busy.    Matthew James, led the way with 3 hits and 3 RBIs.  Others contributing included Alex Jefferson (2 hit, 3 RBI) and McGinnis (2 hit, 2 RBI).
